First Week!!!

It was a wonderful first few days of school!  We are working hard to establish all of our classroom routines.  Next week we will dive into all of our curriculmn.  Here are a few pictures of projects that we worked on this week.  This first picture is a backpack with a list of ways about how to be a good 2nd grader.

Yesterday we read a story called Rainbow Friends.  We discussed what qualities make a good friend.  Students wrote those qualities on the T-shirt and then they made their faces and hair.  The really made the hallway very colorful!

 Today we read a book called How I Spent My Summer Vacation, we then each wrote about something that we did over the summer.
