Hello Families,
This week was a week of review for the students. We reviewed the past 5 weeks of our wonders unit. The students also completed a research project to go along with the unit. They were each assigned a country to research and then made an informative newspaper about their country. The data they researched included climate, location, food and games children play in their country. A huge thanks to Mrs. Wells and Mrs. Selby for helping us with this project. They look awesome. I hope to have them to post on the blog next week.
We are in our final unit of math. Which is all review. We worked a lot on telling time this week. Wow, we really need more practice with this. Students continue to struggle with terms such as quarter-past, quarter-to. We will continue to work on this through June.
The boys and girls worked really hard this week on a special surprise for their moms. I hope that your enjoy their gifts.
